Santhosh has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. He has extensive teaching experience with students of all backgrounds. He was a Sivananda yoga teacher to teacher-training students at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta ashrams in Neyyer Dam and Uttarkashi.

Santhosh was the resident yoga teacher at a five-star resort and spa in the Maldives. There he taught complete beginners, non-English speakers, children, the elderly, and those with general physical problems.

Santhosh has also studied Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy. He incorporates these principles in his teaching.

Around India, Santhosh has worked in Delhi, Goa, Kodaikanal, Varkala, and Uttarkashi. He runs independent yoga classes on Varkala Beach in Kerala. His students come from countries all over the world. Many return for further training.

Sivani assists with the operations of Kasi Yoga.

She completed the Yogic Studies course at the Bihar Yoga Bharati and teacher-training at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in Madurai.

Sivani is continually inspired by the teachings of great souls, especially Swami Sivananda and Swami Vivekananda.
